Cancellation deadlines
If you have to cancel your reservation, our cancellation conditions for direct bookings through our hotel are as follows:
Cancellations and changes made 48 hours before the day of arrival are free of charge. Cancellations and changes made later will be charged with the total price.
A cancellation is only valid in writing (email, fax or letter). Different cancellation conditions apply to group bookings.
We recommend our guests to take out travel cancellation insurance.
Terms of payment
On arrival (if no advance payment has been agreed with the hotel), payment in cash as well as with EC, VISA or Master Card is possible.
Parking Spots
Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve parking spaces in advance with us.
Our hotel’s own parking spaces are available, subject to availability, for a fee of € 10 per night.
You can also use the following public parking spaces:
- approx. 20 meters away P3 (chargeable)
- approx. 400 meters away P5 and P7 (free of charge)
Bus parking spaces are approx. 200 meters from the hotel P4 and P6
Check-In
In general the check-in is possible from 14:00 o’clock, but if you would like to do a prior check-in before 14:00 o’clock please let us know, and we will try our best to make your room ready for you. If it should not be ready before the official check-in time, you have the possibility to put your luggage in our left-luggage office.
Meanwhile you could already have a walk around Rüdesheim am Rhein and drink a cup of coffee or a wonderful glass of wine in our restaurant.
If you want to check in later than 6pm, please let us know, for late check-in we have a key safe.
Check-Out
The check-out in our hotel is until 11:00 o’clock. If you would like to spend the rest of the day in Rüdesheim am Rhein it is possible to leave your luggage in our left-luggage office.
